Your Terms and Account Questions Answered
No. One account per person is a core term we enforce. Multi-accounting violates our terms and may result in suspension of all linked accounts. We check IP, device ID and payment method to identify duplicates. If you need a new account, close your current one first.
Breaches fall into two categories. Minor breaches (delayed verification) we flag and ask you to resolve. Major breaches (fraud, collusion, bonus abuse) result in immediate account suspension. Your balance is withheld pending investigation. Repeat offenders are permanently blacklisted from opening new accounts.
You have 72 hours from the end of the game round to file a dispute. After 72 hours, results are final and cannot be reversed. We investigate disputes within 48 hours and respond with a decision. Disputes older than 30 days are closed without further review.
Withdrawals are verified within 24 hours; delays beyond that are rare and usually due to your payment method's processing time. Check your bank app or DANA, OVO, GoPay and QRIS app for status. If funds don't arrive within 3 business days, open a support ticket with your withdrawal ID.
We update our terms as local law or operational needs require, but we give 30 days' notice via email and banner notification in your lobby. You must accept new terms to keep playing. Your old terms copy is always viewable in Settings → Account & Terms.
Where local law permits, we must return your balance within 14 days of closure notice. We'll email you with withdrawal instructions and a final settlement date. Unclaimed balances after 90 days are subject to local regulation but do not expire from our records.
